BeBe Zahara Benet wears Danielle Everine [UPDATED]
An uncredited photo just popped up on Facebook of drag queen BeBe Zahara Benet - who got her start at the Gay 90s in Minneapolis before becoming the season one champ of RuPaul's Drag Race - wearing a custom outfit by local designer Danielle Everine, a contestant on the current season of Project Runway. Danielle tells me the photo is from a few years ago from a shoot by Terry Hastings, before both locals hit the airwaves. She had been commissioned by BeBe to create a few looks and belts at her request for BeBe's 2009 photography book, Bella Donna. One things for sure: it's a match made in reality TV heaven.
