Lookbook: Anne M. Cramer F/W 2011 Collection

Local designer Anne M. Cramer has just released images of her Fall 2011 collection. The designer is a relatively new face in the local fashion world. Instead of participating in fashion shows like most designers, she has simply crafted a small collection of classics-with-a-twist, available in multiple colorways and offering new spins on past pieces. It's a smart move for an independent designer - by tightening the focus and limiting the amount of fabrics and pattern-making, as well as offering items for pre-order, Cramer seems equally practical and ambitious. Look for the silk, wool and cashmere collection to be available beginning September 1 on AnneMCramer.com and locally at Melly, Picky Girl, and Allee Metro Chic.

Photo recap: Cliche's Crosswalk

Despite the rainy weather, Cliche's semi-annual Crosswalk fashion show went off without a hitch. As usual, the styling from store co-owner Delayna Sundberg and Cocoquette jewelry designer Andrea Oseland was inventive, seeming to take inspiration from Mexican brides.
