Southwest Journal highlights fave local fashion designer Laura Fulk, on the heels of her first solo show "Suffocate" during MNfashion Week. (I helped style the shoot with Eclecticoiffeur, featuring some great shots by Robb Long.) Look for it on newstands this week and in the Downtown Journal next week.

Some sales happening this week I just got word of:
Grethen House is having its 30% off sale Thursday through Saturday. The entire store will be 30% off, including all spring clothing, shoes and accessories by as Yohji Yamamoto, Martin Margiela, and Stella McCartney. It's the only shop in town to carry such big names so getting them on sale is a treat. (4930 France Ave., Edina. 952-926-8725.)
On Saturday, Minneapolis' favorite DJ Jake Rudh is having a Transmission yard sale, featuring everything from vintage records, to mid-century furniture, to vintage clothing. For location and times check out the facebook invite.
Check out this Thursday's edition of Vita.mn for more shopping news.
