The Minneapoline gets in the national spotlight

First the news that two fashion designers with Minneapolis connections (Ra'mon-Lawrence Coleman and Christopher Straub) was announced last week as being contestants on next month's season six of Project Runway; now Minneapolis is back in the national spotlight once again.

[Ellen Dahl of The Minneapoline]

I blurbed last week about The Minneapoline being featured in Glamour.com, and not only that happened, but there's also a full interview with Minneapoline blogger Ellen Dahl in today's Glamour blog, Slaves to Fashion. Apparently, Glamour's adding a new blogroll of their favorite fashion blogs called Blogging Babes and The Minneapoline will be one of the featured sites.

An excerpt:

Ellen Dahl is a savvy snapper who captures super-cute Midwest fashion wherever she sees it. Her subjects love vintage, aren't afraid to take a little risk, and definitely bring a uniquely Minneapolis sensibility to everything they wear. And you're about to start seeing a lot more from Ellen right here on Slaves to Fashion!

Congrats, Ellen - and all you stylish Minneapolines featured in the blog!
