Pearson Knight to appear at MNfashion Week show

Nationally-renowned hair stylist Pearson Knight has been blogged about by Glamour Magazine and lead New York Fashion Week shows for the likes of Rodarte, Christian Siriano, and Ports 1961 as a Master Stylist for Aveda. The busy stylist now spends much of his time on the road, but he comes back into his hometown on occasion - most recently to take appointments at Smart & Chic Beauty Lounge once a month.

Now, he's announced his involvement with an MNfashion Week event and fashion show, Ma Vie en Plastique, in collaboration with Smart & Chic, on April 8 at the Aloft Hotel. The makeup for the show will be done by Smart & Chic, while Knight will helm the hair with his PK Hair team. The event is $10; more details can be found at mnfashionweek.com.

Aveda at New York Fashion Week

Lucky us - we've got a ton of great local talent that headed out to show New York Fashion Week what the Twin Cities are made of. Much of it comes from the locally-based Aveda team, headed up by international hair icon and Aveda creative director Antoinette Beenders.
