I just unearthed some old family photos, and it turns out my grandmother Betty and great aunt Rosie were quite the fashion plates in their day.

Here's Rosie in a dress that is very 1940s with a nod to the upcoming nipped waists of the '50s. So chic.

Rosie in a cute lil floral print tennis romper. I wish I had this to wear today.

Rosie looking very pinup-y in a one-piece swimsuit.

Rosie and Betty looking sweet in matching blouses and full skirts.

Rosie and Betty looking like Betties in cute swimsuits.

Rosie rocking the wide-legged pant look, a la Katharine Hepburn. So sassy even back then, unsurprisingly.
