Oishiimomo F/W 2010 Collection Lookbook

Oishiimomo designer Mackenzie Labine has released her F/W 2010 collection, "Lovemonster," which she debuted in June at the "I Feel Love" fashion show. (Check out a review of the show by l'etoile magazine founder and creative director Beth Hammarlund.) I'm really loving the illustration on the first photo - it connects to the harajuku/FRUiTS Magazine roots of Oishiimomo. Mackenzie's screened "Love Monster" t-shirts ($30-50, with design work by Angie Hanson), one-of-a-kind skirts and dresses, hair bows, as well as Bionic Unicorn jewelry are available for a limited time at Cliché, with additional t-shirts and Bionic Unicorn jewelry also at ROBOTlove. It's been a busy weekend in local fashion. Thursday saw the Vita.mn Poolside Fashion Show, which I styled for the fourth year running, and the "I Feel Love" fashion/art/music extravaganza was held Saturday night. Vita.mn's annual swimwear issue is now online. Check out the spread shot by Carlos Gonzalez, styled by Alice Sydow, with hair and makeup by Charlie Brackney and Ashley Kilcher, respectively.

The Walker Art Center has a new self-interview posted by local knitwear designer Annie Larson. She's also recently added new items to her e-shop.

America's Next Top Model runner-up Raina Hein has announced she has been signed to Wilhelmina Models. She'll start off in Miami, and likely travel to NYC, L.A., London or Berlin.

Hip hop starlet Trina wears Coco & Breezy shades in the outtakes from her Source Magazine cover story in the upcoming June/July issue (no word on whether these will appear in the print version). Ashanti also recently Tweeted a pic of herself in the shades at a party.

Fashion blog I'm Not Obsessed has a new interview with Aveda lead hairstylist Pearson Knight, who's lead hair with Aveda for Rodarte, Jason Wu, Ports 1961, and Leanne Marshall from Project Runway.

I love that they've incorporated local art into the mix with design work and art by graphic design company Anthem Heart and painter Jesse Draxler.
