Minneapolis homeboy/photographer Ben Fredrickson models some accessories for Oak NYC's website. Not that long ago he moved to New York to work for Oak and its self-published Oakazine, where he's had some of his original garments published.

Amanda Chaffin launches bridal accessory line

Just ran across this new line of bridal headpieces by local designer Amanda Chaffin. An offshoot of her ready-to-wear line Dawson (which is sold at Cliché), the vintage-inspired line dawson.lovely featuring pretty tulle and netting accented by feathers and floral accents offers a traditional look with a modern, youthful update. Priced at $29 to $119, the line is available exclusively on Etsy.
