Minnesota native model Whitney Fransway has certainly been making waves since her move to L.A. in 2009. After a stint in Seoul, she's back in L.A.; here she is in a lovely new set of images of Whitney (who's represented locally by Ignite), demonstrating the girl's got as much editorial appeal as she does commercial.
